anything to get it.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
I saw this movie when I was a kid and fell in love with way back when and still love this movie. The humor, the effects, the
story, the action are all just perfect. Now don't get me wrong, it's not a perfect movie. There are some minor taste issues
that must be addressed like the gross space herpe monster. Really gross and the ooze trail let behind is also gross. But the
story works, the cast is perfect and the effects are wonderful. Mel Brooks might have created Spaceballs, but it wasn't the
first parody on the space opera, that honor will always go to The Ice Pirates! So to conclude this review glowing with positive
raves I must give the movie 9 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree again, twice in one day, what are the odds? Anyway, Ice Pirates is a great movie, also agree that the space herpe
seemed tacked on because that was the big buzz thing going around at the time. But still 9 STARS.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ STORY (The story works.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ ACTING (The acting is wonderful.)
+ HUMOR (For the most part, pretty funny.)
+ EFFECTS (Incredible effects considering the time.)
AND FINALLY....
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- SPACE HERPE (It seemed tacked on and is kind of gross.)
