THE PLOT:

Under sea cave exploration takes a deadly turn as they discover there is an element in this thought unexplored cave that causes mutation in some. In fact a team from decades ago is still here, as flesh eating bat creatures and one among them might be transforming into one himself, but his sheer will is keeping him human and maybe the only chance they have to escape the cave, alive. If they can learn to trust him long enough.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

This is an interesting plot device and other movies are going to be using it allot after this but for the first it was clever. Now there are some problems with the movie, mainly connected with character issues. The whole turning on each other when things get rough gets old in movies after awhile and the whole mistrust thing, but as a whole I think this movie gets past that for the most part and earns 8 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I agree with Zedd but that kind of turning on each other gets old fast and it annoys me more then it does Zedd so for me it makes it a more annoying piece and for me I give it 7 STARS.

+ EFFECTS (The effects are impressive)
+ CREATURE EFFECTS (The creature effects are impressive.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ STORY (Works.)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

- CHARACTERS (The character infighting and mistrust gets old like really fast.)

- FAN BASED (If you aren't a fan of underground monster movies, then this isn't for you.)
