THE PLOT:

Researchers create smart sharks in order to find a cure for altimizers. But when a massive hurricane strikes the underwater research lab, the sharks take the opportunity to exact a terrible revenge. Bad timing for the parent company to show up for a review to see if the project should be canceled.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

This is a pretty impressive movie, it has a great cast, great story and great shark effects. But there are minor character issues and couldn't have they picked less, I don't know, deadly sharks to test on. They might as well been wearing those little potatoes around their necks as necklaces. Anyway, good movie, 7 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I agree about the story and the creature effects. However I believe thanks to the show MYTHBUSTERS I will have to take a full mark off due to realism issues. So, I give the movie 6 STARS out of 10.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):

+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ STORY (The story works.)
+ EFFECTS (For plan sharks, they work)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

- MINOR CHARACTER ISSUES (The story has minor character issues.)
- WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? (All sharks are immune to most diseases, so why did they pick deadly man-eating sharks to experiment on? What were they thinking?!)
- REALISM (Near the end of they film, they did something unrealistic which VOLTRON took points off of.)

AND FINALLY....

- FAN BASED (If you aren't a fan of the killer shark movie, then this isn't for you.)
